Griffin, Straily Armed With New Perspective

OAKLAND - The 2012 Oakland A's roster was filled with players who emerged from obscurity to star for Oakland in their run to the post-season. Two of those players were pitchers A.J. Griffin and Dan Straily, close friends who overcame long odds to jump from Double-A to the big leagues in one season.
