Beau Richardson wasn’t the highest touted pitcher to come out of Tulane in 2002. In fact, the Phillies drafted his college teammate Nick Bourgeois a full thirty rounds before they got around to drafting Richardson. True to Phillies history though, Richardson is turning out to be one of those mid-to-late round pitchers that they seem to cultivate into useable members in their organization. | |
