Jorge Padilla has plenty of talent, but after a down season in 2002 and an injury plagued season in 2003, the Phillies do have some concerns about the future of their 24 year old outfielder. Since Padilla does have such raw talent, the Phillies believe that he can rebound quickly enough and strongly enough to move back into their list of Top 10 Prospects.
