Zack Segovia appears to have put his elbow injury and subsequent Tommy John surgery behind him and is looking forward to spring training. In fact, he's doing so well in his rehab that the Phillies recently added him to their 40 man roster to protect him in the Rule V Draft. That also means some added attention and an invite to major league camp this spring. Zack talks about all of that and more in his latest on-line journal. | |
