Of the top five prospects on the PhillyBaseballNews.com list of the Top 50 Phillies Prospects, Scott Mathieson is by far the least known. He was also the lowest drafted, coming in the 17th round of the 2002 Draft. When all is said and done though, he will likely be side by side with the other top prospects in terms of major league achievements. | |
