An 11th inning rally takes the Clearwater Threshers to the threshold of a Florida State League Championship. Brad Harman and Jason Donald played hero to give Clearwater a late lead.

Brad Harman and Jason Donald delivered RBI singles in the 11th inning Sunday night as Clearwater scored two runs in the inning and took a 6-4 win over Brevard County. The win gives the Threshers a 2-0 lead in games in the best-of-five series, which now heads to Clearwater.

Harman finished the night with three hits and delivered an RBI single in the 7th that tied the game as Clearwater came back from a 4-1 deficit. Harman now has seven post-season hits for Clearwater. Clay Harris, who is hitting .438 in the post-season, also had three hits and drove in a run for Clearwater.

Starter Andrew Cruse threw seven innings and was charged with four earned runs. Will Savage came on in relief and got the win, throwing four shutout innings, allowing just a walk to blemish his night. Savage, who finished the regular season with a 4-3 record and a 3.63 ERA, struck out three hitters in the outing.

The series now comes to Clearwater for the remaining games, starting Monday night. The Threshers are one win away from locking up their first Florida State League title since 1993.
