Scouting Report: Andrew Carpenter

Andrew Carpenter is sometimes the forgotten man among Phillies pitching prospects. He's looked good at times, but he's also struggled at times, which is something he's trying to fix this season.

While the Pawtucket Red Sox aren't exactly the 1927 Yankees - or the 2008 Phillies, for that matter - they have a few hitters to be careful with. Plus, anytime that a pitcher gives his team seven innings, allowing just one unearned run, it's a good outing.
