Who's Next? Bastardo Likely Headed to DL

Antonio Bastardo motioned for Carlos Ruiz to come out to the mound in the fourth inning of Thursday night's game. Moments later, Bastardo exited with what would be diagnosed as a left shoulder strain. While a trip to the DL isn't definite, odds are Bastardo won't be able to make his next start. So, now what?

The injury to Antonio Bastardo brings up an interesting scenario. First, keep in mind that Bastardo isn't officially on the DL, but a shoulder strain in his pitching shoulder is likely to put him out of action if for no other reason than the Phillies being cautious with the young left-hander.
