Elizardo Ramirez has found a way to climb up the ranks of Phillies prospects even though he doesn’t have the best “stuff” in the world. What Ramirez has done is to find a way to keep hitters off balance and he has learned to let his fielders do their job, rather than trying to strike out every hitter that he faces. The result is that he gives up a pretty good amount of hits, but he seems to always find a way to win games and get the most out of what he does have going for him.
