Phillies Prospect #31: Sam Walls Premium Story

Much like Andrew Cruse, Sam Walls could have returned to school and looked to improve his stock. Instead, he took what he got and signed with the Phillies to start his pro career. And again, much like with Andrew Cruse, the Phillies are very glad that he did.
