Who's Next? Bastardo Likely Headed to DL Premium Story

Antonio Bastardo motioned for Carlos Ruiz to come out to the mound in the fourth inning of Thursday night's game. Moments later, Bastardo exited with what would be diagnosed as a left shoulder strain. While a trip to the DL isn't definite, odds are Bastardo won't be able to make his next start. So, now what?
