| Billy Wagner wasn't the impact acquisition the Phils thought he would be in 2004. He had just 21 saves as various injuries kept him on the sideline for more than two months. A healthy Wagner should lighten the load on the rest of the bullpen, which was pushed to the max last season. Wagner's health problems turned what could have been a great bullpen into a good one last season as the domino effect altered everyone's role.
