All in all, it was a good day for Kyle Drabek. The Phillies right-hander struck out nine in seven innings of work, picking up his fourth win as Reading beat New Hampshire 9-3. Drabek allowed three earned runs on six hits and a walk. He has not lost since being promoted to Reading and has an ERA of 2.43 at Double-A.

Earlier in the day, Drabek was chosen to take a spot on the United States roster for this year's Futures Game during the All-Star Break.

Lefty Mike Zagurski continues his comeback from Tommy John surgery and threw the final two innings to record his fourth save of the year. Zagurski has a 3.63 ERA this season with Reading.

Selected by the Phillies in the first round (18th overall pick) of the 2006 MLB Draft.

2009 Season
Came into the season ranked as the 7th best prospect in the organization by Philly Baseball News... Went 4-1 with a 2.48 ERA in 10 games with Clearwater before being promoted to Reading on June 1... Chosen to pitch for the United States in the Futures Game.
