Lakewood closer Brian Rosenberg, who posted 19 saves in 21 opportunities with the Lakewood BlueClaws, was promoted to Double-A Reading on Thursday. Rosenberg's move means that he'll skip High-A Clearwater.

In addition to his 19 saves, Rosenberg was 7-2 with a 0.89 ERA. In 50 1/3 innings, Rosenberg has walked just 10 hitters this season, while striking out 65.
